Nothing said at reception about waiting time, but a card said 'waiting time about 1 hour'. This was my 1st visit, and only by observation did I realise that my priority was low, relative to later arrivals - hence my >2 hours' wait time. So no complaint from me, but an explanatory word from receptionist may have been of value.

Although my problem was medical rather than an injury, the staff were extremely helpful and recommended a visit to the JR hospital

The team have been wonderful can’t do any more for anyone they have done amazing and food wise they have done their best to cater to everyone’s needs and the doctors have gone above and beyond helping us with a follow up It’s so appreciated

The staff are very good the food has also been good the bays have all been lovely and tidy and clean

Had a suspect bite on my leg. that had got infected. The treatment offered allowed me to get seen without having to Go to the JR A&E. and blocking valuable resources My total consultation was about 15 minutes. so job done

Communication - steady explanation. Slowly spoken, good English. Questions answered effectively.

As I waited about 2 hours to be seen, when a board showed 'approx 1 hour wait' , it would have been helpful to update waiting patients with timescale.
